100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts, you may request a full refund within 14 days of placing your order, provided that:

  • No final logo files have been approved or delivered.

  • The request is made in writing via email: info@flexoodigital.com

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If a final design has been approved and delivered.

  • If the refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.

  • If the client fails to respond within 7 days of submission for feedback.

  • For change-of-mind requests once work has been started.

Delivery Delays

If we fail to deliver your logo design within the promised timeframe (typically 24–72 hours), you may request a full or partial refund.
